Tone Tavi, Bucharest, ROMANIA Swing House, Electro Swing, Funk. Legendary figure of the underground scene in Romania, Tone Tavi noted first that it was a founding member of several famous clubs in Bucharest and Vama Veche. Also, through Shrooms Events, has produced many popular events, bringing, often for the first time names that were later imposed, such as Parov Stelar, Ursula 1000, Fort Knox Five, Jaya the Cat, True Ingredients, Weeding Dub and many others.
He started to play music in 2000, along the time beeing attracted to many genres, from alternative rock, punk, ska, reggae, to electrofunk, breaks, dnb, techno, house and electroswing. As u can see, he is familiar with all kinds of music, and he still enjoys all of this genres, so we can say that Tone Tavi is the crazyest DJ in Bucharest :)
Now he’s focused on mental techno and electroswing / swing-house, but still has room for all kind of good music in his sets! He aslo has a side project as Subhuman, exploring the psychedelic chillout and trip-hop music

What is Electro Swing for you ?

When I found electroswing, about three years ago, it was as if I’d refound a twisted side my personality. As you can see form my description, I’m a very eclectic DJ and electroswing music fits like a glove on what’s going on in my head.
This music is like an onion. It has so many layers, that you’ll never get bored of it.
